Customer account
To create a Mafil customer account, simply click on the "Login" icon in the top right corner of the website and fill in the requested information. You will then receive an email confirming the activation of your account.
By creating a Mafil customer account, your data will be automatically saved for future purchases and you will have access to exclusive campaigns. In your account, you can also track your orders and add or remove addresses so that you can receive your orders wherever is most convenient for you.
To recover your password, you must log in (icon in the top right corner) and click on the option "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address and click on "Submit". You will then receive an email with a link and instructions to update your password.
To delete your customer account, please contact us via email info@mafil.pt.

Purchases and Payments
The Mafil website assumes a responsibility commitment towards the customer, protecting your personal data based on the encryption of data transmission through a secure HTTP. We do not store data associated with your credit/debit card, PayPal or MB Way account. Therefore, we only have access to the information

To make a purchase at www.mafil.pt The customer must have an email account and their browser must be correctly configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, in order to allow full use of all the browsing conditions of the Mafil online store.
To place an order at www.mafil.pt:
• Select the products you wish to purchase;
• Add products to the shopping cart;
• Complete the purchase by clicking the check-out button;
• Log in to your customer account or fill in the necessary data to correctly process the order.
• Select shipping method.
• Choose the payment option;
• Review your order;
• Proceed with payment and confirm the order.
Your order is confirmed when you select the "Pay now" button at the end of the purchase process. At this point, a message with your order details will appear on the screen and the purchase agreement is finalized. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right not to accept orders or to cancel them, even after automatic confirmation.
All products are priced in Euros (€), with orders and respective payments processed in this currency.
If your bank account is in a different currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be automatically determined by your Bank/PayPal and not by Mafil.
Mafil currently offers the following payment methods: Visa/Mastercard bank card, MB Way and PayPal.
If you are unable to make your payment, you should first check the data related to the selected payment method: Visa/Mastercard, MB Way or PayPal.

Orders
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email, to the email address associated with your customer account or the one indicated in your order (in the case of a purchase without registration).
First, check the email address associated with your purchase. If it is correct, check the Spam folder of your email account. If you cannot find the order confirmation email, please contact us at info@mafil.pt.
You must request a change of address by email info@mafil.pt. We will try to satisfy your request whenever possible.
After shipping, if the customer wishes to have their order resent to a new address, they must express their intention by email info@mafil.pt, with the subject "Resending Order". You must add the order number and the new shipping address to your request. Resending the order is subject to payment of new shipping costs that will be borne by the customer.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website via email. Using this information, you will be able to track your order throughout its entire journey until it reaches the destination you selected.
You can cancel or change your order by email info@mafil.pt, if it has not yet been issued.
After the order has been shipped, the customer may request a return within 14 days after the date of delivery of the goods. All associated shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Cancellations of personalized orders are not accepted.
To view the history of all your orders, simply access your account via the "Login" icon, enter your access details and click on "Sign in". After logging into your account, you can view all the orders you have already placed with Mafil, access your personal details and, if necessary, make any changes to your customer details.
