To create a Mafil customer account, simply click on the "Login" icon in the upper right corner of the website and fill in the requested information. You will then receive an email confirming the activation of your account.
When you create a Mafil customer account, your data will be automatically saved for future purchases and you will have access to exclusive campaigns. In your account you can also track your orders and add or remove addresses so that you can receive your orders where it is most convenient for you.
To recover your password, you must log in (icon in the upper right corner) and click on the option "Did you forget your password?". Enter your email address and click "Send". You will then receive an email with a link and instructions for updating your password.
To delete your customer account, please contact us via email email@example.com.

The Mafil website assumes a commitment of responsibility towards the customer, protecting their personal data based on the encryption of data transmission through secure HTTP. We do not store the data associated with your credit/debit card, PayPal account or MB Way. In this way, we only have access to the information
To make a purchase on www.mafil.pt, the customer must have an e-mail account and that their browser is correctly configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, in order to allow full use of all navigation conditions of the Mafil online store.
To place an order at www.mafil.pt:
• Select the products you wish to purchase;
• Add the products to the Shopping Cart;
• Complete the purchase by pressing the checkout button;
• Log in to your customer account or fill in the necessary data to process the order correctly.
• Select the shipping method.
• Choose the payment option;
• Review your order;
• Proceed to payment and confirm the order.
Your order is confirmed when you select the "Pay Now" button at the end of the purchase process. At that moment, a message will appear on the screen with the data of your order and the purchase agreement is finalized. You will receive a confirmation of your order by email.
We reserve the right not to accept orders or cancel them, even after the automatic confirmation of the same.
All products are denominated in Euro (€), and the order and respective payment are processed in this currency.
If your bank account is in a different currency, the exchange rate used to debit the your account will be automatically determined by your Bank/PayPal and not by Mafil.
Atualmente, a Mafil disponibiliza os seguintes métodos de pagamento: Cartão bancário Visa/Mastercard, MB Way e PayPal.
If you are unable to make your payment, you must first verify the details related to the selected payment method: Visa/Mastercard, MB Way or PayPal.

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email, in the email associated with your customer account or in the one indicated in your order (in case of purchase without registration).
First check the email address associated with your purchase. If correct, check your email account's Spam folder. If you cannot find the email with the order confirmation, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
You must request a change of address via email email@example.com. We will try to satisfy your request whenever possible.
After dispatch, if the customer wishes to have their order sent to a new address, they must express their intention to the email firstname.lastname@example.org , with the subject "Order Resend". You must add the order number and the new shipping address to your order. The reshipment of the order is subject to the payment of new shipping costs that will be borne by the customer.

Para consultar o histórico de todas as suas encomendas, bastará aceder à sua conta através do ícone "Login", colocar os seus dados de acesso e clicar em "Iniciar Sessão". Após entrar na sua conta, poderá consultar todas as encomendas que já realizou na Mafil, aceder aos seus dados pessoais e, caso necessite, realizar alguma alteração nos seus dados de cliente.
